How does token-based billing work?

Each paid plan includes monthly tokens. The free plan includes a one-time starter allocation of 15M tokens. Usage is billed against your included tokens first; overages apply only after you exceed them.

Model input, model output, and every agent operation draw from the same token budget. Specialized operations like image generation, audio processing, web research, and document processing also consume tokens. There are no separate seat or per-execution charges.

What happens if I exceed my monthly tokens?

It's up to you. In your billing settings, choose to stop at your monthly limit or keep running with additional usage billed at $1 per 1.4M tokens. Enterprise plans use custom token volumes and overage terms.

Are users or agents priced separately?

No. Every self-serve plan includes unlimited users, and paid plans include unlimited agents (Free is capped at 5). Your bill scales with how many tokens your agents use.

Is my data used for training?

No. On paid plans, we never use your inputs or outputs to train models. Customer data stays isolated to your execution logs and is governed by your retention settings.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
