We bill monthly based on your selected plan and the number of team members. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to premium features until then.
If you approach your monthly task limit, we'll notify you in advance. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional task credits. We'll never interrupt your service without warning.
Absolutely. We're SOC 2 Type II certified with 79+ security controls in place. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Plus and Ultra members' data is excluded from AI training. Enterprise plans include HIPAA compliance and additional security features.
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. You'll retain access to your plan features through the end of your billing period.
