Logic App, Inc. ("Logic App", "we",
"us" or "our") respects your privacy. In
this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), we describe how
we collect, use, share, disclose, and protect your Personal Information
when you use our website ("Site") and services, including
our software as a service platform (the "Services"), as
well as any content, features, functionality, and applications offered on
or through the Site or the Services. We refer to the Site and Services
together as the "Platform."
Please note, our customers may use the Platform to process and analyze
your Personal Information. When that is the case, the applicable
customer's privacy policy – not this Privacy Policy – governs the
collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information.
WE MAY MODIFY THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME, SO CHECK BACK REGULARLY
FOR UPDATES. ALL CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING TO

communications you receive from us by following the unsubscribe
instructions contained in the applicable email message. Your unsubscribe
request or email preference changes will be processed promptly, though
this process may take several days. During that processing period, you

Please note, opting out of these communications will only apply to
marketing and other promotional emails and will not apply to any email
or other communications we send to you for non-marketing purposes,
including, but not limited to, emails and other communications about
your interactions with our Site.
7. SHINE THE LIGHT
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits
users of our Platform that are California residents who provide Personal
Information (as defined in the statute) to obtain products or services for
personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from
us, once a calendar year, information about the Personal Information we
shared, if any, with other businesses for their own marketing uses. If
applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal
Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we
shared such Personal Information for the immediately prior calendar year
(e.g., requests made in the current year will receive information about

8. DATA SECURITY
We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures designed to
secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from
unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
9. LINKING TO OTHER INTERNET SITES
You should be aware that other Internet sites that are linked from the
Platform or from a Logic App email message may contain privacy provisions
that differ from the provisions of this Privacy Policy. We do not have
control over, or responsibility for, the content or operation of any Sites
other than the Platform. These other sites may send their own cookies to
your device, may independently collect data or solicit personal
information, and may or may not have their own published privacy policies.
To ensure your privacy is protected, we recommend that you review the
privacy statements of these other linked sites, applications, or other
digital platforms.
