About Us

We are Logic, an early-stage startup redefining how businesses integrate and leverage powerful AI-driven workflows. Currently a tight-knit team of 6 engineers, we're hiring our first non-technical leader to work alongside our CEO on scaling our growth, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.

Role Overview

As our Head of Growth, you'll be responsible for spearheading Logic's marketing initiatives. You'll act as a growth generalist driving strategy, building systems, and executing across multiple GTM motions. You'll work hand-in-hand every day with the CEO to shape our brand narrative, build marketing infrastructure, and scale outreach efforts.

What You'll Do

At the highest level, you'll have full reign to implement whatever strategies you think will best promote and grow Logic across industry, including:

• Grow the qualified lead pipeline by identifying and launching new programs and building an effective demand generation system.
• Optimize the full funnel from acquisition to purchase as we develop our self-serve motion.
• Drive audience growth & engagement through content marketing strategies, including blog posts, microsites, and SEO campaigns to build community.
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling messaging.
• Use data-driven approaches to measure effectiveness, iterate on marketing tactics, and optimize our go-to-market strategies.
• Influence product development through customer insights and market trends.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product related roles.
• Not afraid to question everything you've learned throughout those 8+ years.
• You love systems thinking and can pick a framework, design a process, test, and iterate toward a long-term goal.
• AI-first mindset in your regular workflows — staying versed in the latest tools and playbooks for B2B GTM.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for storytelling and simplifying complex concepts.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with all the uncertainty and upside that comes with it.
